The analysis of the electrocardiogram (ECG) is critical for diagnosis arrhythmias. Recent advances in information and communications technology (ICT) have led to development wearable ECG devices arrhythmia-detection algorithms. This study aimed develop an ICT-based clinical trial service platform using a self-reporting technique real-time arrhythmia detection. To establish clinical-trial platform, mobile application (app), demilitarized zone (DMZ), internal network, Amazon web services virtual private cloud (AWS-VPC) were developed. data acquired by device transmitted app, which collected participants’ self-reported information. app raw AWS-VPC DMZ, respectively.
